It wasn't stressful because the job was hard it was stressful because they expect perfection. And I wasn't the only one who thought so. The micromanaging was almost too much to handle. My trainer really didn't like me and talked down to us a lot. Worked my butt off for a week training and learning a new complicated menu. The owners are great people, and the company puts emphasis on being polite and making people happy. Moved to different state just to work here because the manager made it sound promising (benefits, good fit, moving up fast, etc.). I'm intelligent and super quick to learn. I've been in customer service for over ten years.
